Welcome to Theology Attire. The following terms of service guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase.
1 – General
You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at email@example.com. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Theology Attire reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. Theology Attire holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.
2 – Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by USPS or FedEx. You will recieve a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping address and country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, delivery times, and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Theology Attire will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.
a. Shipping destinations and shipping fees
Estimated delivery time is 1-20 business days, depending on your location, unless posted otherwise.
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before the final payment step.
b. Uncollected and Damaged packages
If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. We do not guarantee that you will be refunded for items that you changed you mind about once they have been shipped. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
3 – Payment
You have the following options:
– Credit card (via PayPal checkout)
When using credit card you pay via PayPal checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured through PayPal. Theology Attire reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Theology Attire can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
4 – Returns and exchanges
View our returns page for details about our return policy. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Contact us prior to submitting any item for return. If you fail to contact us prior to returning an item, we do not guarantee that we will be able to issue a full refund. If, after contacting us, we deem your return to be refundable, then please return the product together with your receipt to this address: 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.
If we send you a refund, you will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account.

Theology Attire may modify or amend these Terms of Service at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms of Service applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

All rights, including copyrights at theologyattire.com remain with Theology Attire and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
